We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders. Please make sure you review your item, size, color, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Most of our items are PRE-ORDER unless otherwise stated as IN STOCK. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the listed processing time and understand that pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.
